HBR Making Business Personal

Kaz was the architect of Decurion’s transformation into a developmental learning organization.  The April 2014 issue of Harvard Business Review includes an article that features Decurion prominently.  Chris Forman, CEO of Decurion, announced the article’s publication on his own site.
